Privacy policy
Your bag & preferences
Your selected products, face codes and quantities are saved locally in your browser, together with your essential-only privacy preference. They contain no name, delivery address or payment details. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them.
Customer accounts & orders
Account sign-in is handled by ChatGPT through our hosting platform. We store your site-specific account ID, email, display name and registration date. Order records linked to your account include purchased items, totals, order references, store status and shipment tracking details. Customers can access their own orders; authorized ODDQUIP staff can manage order records. Contact support for questions or requests about your account data.
Shipment tracking
When you choose Track, the tracking widget loads from 17TRACK and shares your tracking number and ordinary connection information with that provider. Carrier links open the selected carrier or 17TRACK in another tab. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply. The widget is not loaded merely by opening the tracking page.
Contacting us
The contact links open your email app to support@oddquip.shop. Your message is handled by the email services you and the recipient use. Include only information needed to answer your question; never include payment-card details.
Checkout
Checkout is currently unavailable. The website does not collect payment details, create checkout orders or collect newsletter signups. ODDQUIP can record existing orders for customer account tracking. Checking checkout availability sends product codes, face designs and quantities to the website.
Hosting & product images
The hosting platform may process network information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Some supplier product images load from the supplier’s image CDN, which receives ordinary request information. Videos are hosted with the site.
Analytics & advertising
No optional analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party social video embeds are installed. If this changes, the policy and privacy controls will be updated before optional tracking is enabled.

Open Cookie settings in the footer to review storage preferences. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning information you have provided, email support@oddquip.shop. The legal business identity and contact address must be supplied before transactions are enabled.
