Requesting help
Email support@oddquip.shop with your order number, the item name and the reason for your request. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Before returning an item
Please request return instructions and the correct return address before posting anything. Do not send items to an address printed on the delivery parcel unless it has been confirmed as the return destination.
Return terms
The website is not currently accepting orders. A voluntary return window, return shipping costs, return destination and refund processing times have not yet been established. These purchase terms must be provided before checkout is enabled.
Refunds & consumer rights
An approved refund is made to the original payment method; do not email your card details. Nothing in this page limits mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
